“What more needs to be said”? Perhaps a “Shout out” and acknowledgement of where this diagram actually came from: Max Lucado in his book “Cure for the Common Life - Discovering your Sweet Spot”. This book is fantastic! And since my sweet spot seems to be in helping and teaching others, I am now using this theory to help guide high school kids.
