David Maister is in town
I just found out that professional services guru David Maister is in Wellington on Thursday and Auckland on Friday to give a one day seminar. The focus is on strategy, management and client relations and draws on his forthcoming book “Strategy And The Fat Smoker .” What a title! This guy is good - I frequently refer to his classic book “Managing the Professional Service Firm“. I know it’s late notice , but break your schedule and attend if you can.
