Don’t call me - I’ll call you

While transferring my mobile phone number to a new account, my phone company has managed to deactivate my number, including voicemail and text, without any warning or contact! Until it’s sorted out (hopefully today), if you need to call me, please send me an email. Don’t call me - I’ll call you!

Apropos my recent piece on closing accounts nicely, I’m enduring an object lesson in how to ruin a customer relationship when the customer wants to stay with you!

Update: I’m back on air with my number reactivated, but any text or voicemail prior to reactivation seems to be lost.
